We want you to shop with confidence. This policy is based on your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).
1. Change of Mind
-
We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind, order the wrong item, or no longer want the product.
-
However, if the item is unopened and returned within 14 days, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
-
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
-
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the CGA.
-
We may ask for photos of the fault/damage to help us assess the issue.
3. Warranties & Quality
-
All products are supplied in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
-
This means products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
-
If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
4. Returns Process

Items must be returned in original condition (unless faulty).
-
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
5. Shipping Costs
-
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
-
If the return is due to change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping.
6. Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as nappies, car seats, or consumables) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
7. Your Consumer Rights
-
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
