1 x heavy reusable menstrual pad is suitable for those heavy days or heavy nights. Measures 11inch long x 3.5-4inch wide. It has a 2 snap setting to adjust the width.

1 x Medium lady cloth pads suitable for medium flow or moderate incontinence. Measures 9 inch long x 3.5-4 inch wide.

1 x light all in one shape pad suitable for light flow, light incontinence, spotting or discharge. Measures 8 inch long x 3-3.5 inch wide.
